HOST CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Host Club is responsible for:

  • Welcoming visiting clubs;
  • Providing at least 2 match officials;
  • Providing cards and copies of local rules;
  • Food and beverages must be provided, the format of which is at the discretion of the host club with a view to being simple and inexpensive.

HOST MATCH COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Please note that the HOST CLUB provides the "Match Committee" of the day (except the Finals) and carry out the following duties:

  • Have sufficient presence on the course to allow all players easy access when a match decision is required.
  • Supervise Pace of Play, course care, and etiquette for players and caddies.
  • For major disputes or breaches of etiquette, the Zone Committee shall arbitrate the case.
